First American is comprised of experienced finance professionals who are committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
Mike’s mission is to ensure his team has the resources they need to provide best in market solutions and service to organizations nationwide. He is inspired watching his team every day as they strive to achieve First American’s vision to be the best company to work for and the best company to work with.
He joined First American in 2000 as a member of the company’s Credit and Operations department. He later went on to become the Vice President of Sales for the Professional Services division, before moving to his current role. His hard work and leadership resulted in him being recognized as the company's Chairman’s Award recipient in 2002, and in 2008 he was honored as one of Rochester Business Journal's "Forty Under 40."
In order to stay current with emerging trends in the finance industry, he is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and currently serves on the ELFA’s Financial Institutions Business Council.

He resides in Penfield with his wife, Megan, and daughters, Sophia and Rosie. He enjoys spending time with family and traveling. Some of the events on his travel resume include two Presidential Inaugurations, the Kentucky Derby, The Masters, the Rose Bowl, Easter Mass at the Vatican and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
