His commitment to prompt task completion and continuous learning has been key to supporting clients’ success. Montel’s background as a published author and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson has helped him develop valuable skills in research analysis and anticipating customer needs, which he applies in his current role.

Outside of work, Montel enjoys fitness, yoga, basketball, and reading.
