He finds it rewarding to work alongside university business officers, helping them to develop creative financial solutions for capital projects and equipment acquisitions. He is an active supporter of the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO), Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers (EACUBO) and the Treasury Institute for Higher Education.
