Phil works with Southern schools to develop customized financing solutions for campus projects.
Phil helps colleges and universities in the South secure customized financing for campus projects. Passionate about the transformative power of education, he works to provide schools with the resources they need to enhance their campuses and attract top staff and students.
Since joining First American in 2013, Phil has gained extensive experience in developing financial solutions for educational institutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in selling and sales management from Purdue University. Phil has contributed to several company initiatives and was recognized as Breakthrough Performer of the Year for his outstanding work.
Outside of work, Phil runs the VLP SMILE Scholarship, a program his family established in honor of his sister. Over the past decade, the scholarship has provided over $100,000 to high school seniors. Phil resides in South Florida, where he enjoys spending quality time with loved ones and continuing his efforts to give back to others.
