Roberta's mission is to create a memorable, lasting brand experience for First American's clients. She uses her design skills and expertise to tackle projects that elevate the brand and create efficiencies companywide. She is grateful for the opportunity to own her role and develop creative initiatives that she is truly passionate about.
She began her career at First American in 2012 and has held previous roles in Asset Management and Marketing. She was recognized for the company's Outstanding Performance in Marketing in 2017 and Marketer of the Quarter in 2021. She has also earned several industry awards for design and branding, including APEX Awards for Publication Excellence, AMA | Rochester Pinnacle Awards, and four International Hermes Creative Awards.

She lives in Fairport, NY with her husband, Joe, and their two children, Aleera and Jackson. They also have a very large, lovable German Shepherd named Zeus.
