Sarah's mission is to foster a high-performing team environment in which Marketing colleagues are inspired to drive a best-in-class client experience. Every day she and her team challenge the status quo within the industry, aiming to transform client expectations with a cohesive digital journey that complements our human service model.
She began her career at First American in 2008. She has held previous roles in Project Management, Sales and later moved to IT where she was inspired to create FA | Experience, the foundation of the company's digital service model. Her hard work and commitment to improving the client experience has resulted in her being recognized as Operations Person of the Year in 2011 and as the company's Chairman’s Award recipient in 2020.

Family:
- Sarah resides in Penfield NY with her husband, Jonah, and their two children, Vance and Monroe. She often refers to her home as the “Michael Zoo” which includes their two dogs, three cats, fish and the occasional foster pet.
Outside of Work:
Each year around the holidays, Sarah and her family hand deliver supplies to their local animal shelter to teach their children the great importance of giving.
