Steve plays a key role in supporting the Business Development Managers in their outreach efforts and vendor program development. By understanding each vendor's unique needs, he crafts programs that create mutual benefits for both vendors and their customers. Building long-term, trust-based relationships is central to his approach. 

Steve holds a B.S. in applied economics and management from Cornell University, with concentrations in finance and accounting. His strong foundation in economic principles, combined with previous experience in financial management, enables him to excel in his role. He joined First American in 2015 and was recognized with an Excellence Award that same year. 

Residing in Fairport, NY, Steve enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his children, family, and friends.
