Bringing on this new technology had been planned for nearly five years, and Harning admits First American was critical to making it happen.
“It was a dream for me to get the PACS funded,” he says. “My job is to get my leaders the tools they need to do their job, and that often includes expensive capital items. With the help of First American, we are able to get the best equipment into our physicians’ hands, so they can provide the best care to the community.”
When Harning gets an equipment request from hospital staff, he sends the quote directly to his First American Project Manager. Having a single point of contact removes the complexity from these types of orders, and makes the entire process efficient and easy. He also opened a lease-line of credit he can draw from whenever the need for new equipment arises.
