Pacific Dental Services (PDS) is one of the leading Dental Service Organizations in America. In addition to 850+ current PDS-supported offices, they plan to open 100 new locations each year for the next five years. Given the significant capital needs associated with this type of growth, Taylor Hawes, CFO, realized the need to diversify PDS's capital capacity and began looking for solutions to help the organization scale.
